食品伙伴網(wǎng)訊 據(jù)歐盟網(wǎng)站消息，6月27日歐盟發(fā)布2013/327/EU號(hào)委員會(huì)實(shí)施決定，依據(jù) （EC） No 1829/2003號(hào)條例批準(zhǔn)含有轉(zhuǎn)基因油菜Ms8、Rf3和Ms8 × Rf3的食品，或由這些轉(zhuǎn)基因油菜生產(chǎn)的食品或飼料在市場(chǎng)上銷(xiāo)售。

    本決定自通告之日起10年內(nèi)有效。
