食品伙伴網(wǎng)訊   據(jù)外媒報道，澳大利亞超市巨頭科爾斯（Cole）被裁向食品和雜貨供應(yīng)商退還超1,230萬澳元回扣，他們因被迫參與科爾斯“活動零售合作”（ARC）項目而支付額外的折扣或因遲交貨被罰款。

    據(jù)報道，因科爾斯對供應(yīng)商的不合理行為，2014年澳洲競爭與消費者委員會（ACCC）把其告上法庭，澳消委稱科爾斯利用市場壟斷地位壓榨供應(yīng)商，收取回扣。

    The former Victorian premier has ordered Coles to repay more than $12.3 million to small food and grocery suppliers who were forced to pay extra rebates to join a new supply chain program, or fined for “crimes” such as late deliveries and spoilage in Coles stores.
