食品伙伴網(wǎng)訊  據(jù)歐盟網(wǎng)站消息，6月25日歐盟委員會發(fā)布兩項(xiàng)條例，批準(zhǔn)噻蟲胺（Clothianidin）與吡啶硫酮銅（Copper pyrithione）作為農(nóng)藥活性成分。本法規(guī)自公布后第二十日起生效。

    歐盟委員會表示，當(dāng)產(chǎn)品用于食品或飼料時，應(yīng)根據(jù)法規(guī)（EC）No 470/2009或（EC）No 396/2005的規(guī)定，采取適當(dāng)?shù)慕档惋L(fēng)險措施，確保殘留量不超過限量規(guī)定。

    Having regard to Regulation （EU） No 528/2012 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 22 May 2012 concerning the making available on the market and use of biocidal products （1）， and in particular the third subparagraph of Article 89（1） thereof.
