食品伙伴網(wǎng)訊 據(jù)外媒報道,繼紐約知名餐飲店USHG停止收小費(fèi)后,在美國有百家連鎖店 Joe's Crab Shack將在紐約和舊金山的18家連鎖店試行不收“小費(fèi)制度”,并提高員工工資,以補(bǔ)貼其小費(fèi)損失。然而不收小費(fèi)后菜單上的餐點(diǎn)價格將提高20%。
據(jù)報道,目前Joe's 餐廳只在旗下18家連鎖店試行新規(guī)定,還沒有向全美推行的時間表。這項(xiàng)新舉措將有可能沖擊美國百年來傳統(tǒng)的小費(fèi)制度。

Nov 11 National seafood chain Joe's Crab Shack has dipped its toes into fresh waters with a test program to remove tipping from 18 of its more than 130 restaurants, the U.S. company said on Wednesday.
No timeline is in place to implement the plan nationally but the test comes as a nascent movement has been launched to remove a more then century-old tradition of tipping in U.S. restaurants.
