依據(jù)歐盟委員會法規(guī)（EC）No 396/2005第43條的規(guī)定，歐盟食品安全局收到歐盟委員會關(guān)于對樂果和氧化樂果最大殘留限量進(jìn)行優(yōu)先審查的要求。在此之前，歐盟食品安全局發(fā)布了食品中樂果及其代謝物對人體健康影響的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評估聲明。

 

    在現(xiàn)有數(shù)據(jù)的基礎(chǔ)上，歐盟食品安全局開展了消費(fèi)者風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評估，并提議了殘留限量。審查發(fā)現(xiàn)，部分監(jiān)管框架要求下的數(shù)據(jù)不完善，并且對消費(fèi)者構(gòu)成一種急性風(fēng)險(xiǎn)。因此消費(fèi)者風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評估報(bào)告僅作為參考，所有的提議限量需要進(jìn)一步審查。

    In compliance with Article 43 of Regulation （EC） No 396/2005, EFSA received from the European Commission a mandate to conduct a prioritised review of the existing maximum residue levels （MRL） for dimethoate and omethoate, as a follow up of its 'statement on the assessment of the risk to human health through the pesticide active substance dimethoate and its metabolites in food‘。 based on the assessment of the available data, MRL proposals were derived and a consumer risk assessment was carried out. Some information required by the regulatory framework was missing and a possible acute risk to consumers was identified. Hence, the consumer risk assessment is considered indicative only, all MRL proposals derived by EFSA still require further consideration by risk managers and measures for reduction of the consumer exposure will also need to be considered.
