澳大利亞農(nóng)業(yè)與水資源部負(fù)責(zé)以下兩項(xiàng)進(jìn)口食品要求，進(jìn)口食品需滿足：

 

    按照2015生物安全法案，符合生物安全要求；

 

    按照進(jìn)口食品控制法案1992，符合食品安全要求，并符合澳大利亞食品標(biāo)準(zhǔn)

 

    目前關(guān)于對(duì)《進(jìn)口食品控制法》征求意見(jiàn)工作已結(jié)束。新法文書(shū)草案將在2017年8月起征求意見(jiàn)。

    The Department of Agriculture and Water Resources administers two sets of requirements for imported food. Food imported into Australia:

 

    ·must meet biosecurity requirements under the Biosecurity Act 2015 （Cwlth）

 

    ·is subject to the imported Food Control Act 1992 （Cwlth） to meet requirements for food safety and compliance with Australia's food standards.

 

    Under the Legislation Act 2003, legislative instruments made between 1990 and 1994 will automatically be repealed on 1 October 2018. In many cases, a replacement instrument will need to be made and registered before the instrument sunsets to ensure continuity of the law. This applies to the imported Food Control Regulations 1993 （the Regulations）。
