食品伙伴網(wǎng)訊 據(jù)美國(guó)FDA官方網(wǎng)站5月4日消息，F(xiàn)DA最新公布了兩份食品安全現(xiàn)代化法案框架下的法規(guī)，其中一項(xiàng)法規(guī)公布了"對(duì)供應(yīng)人或動(dòng)物消費(fèi)的食品實(shí)施行政扣留的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)",另一項(xiàng)法規(guī)則要求食品進(jìn)口商將出口國(guó)相關(guān)食品的被拒絕情況事先通知FDA.
