食品伙伴網(wǎng)訊   據(jù)歐盟食品安全局消息，9月3日歐盟食品安全局聯(lián)合成員國(guó)共同制定一份丙烯酰胺的信息圖，有助加深對(duì)丙烯酰胺公眾健康問(wèn)題的了解。歐盟丙烯酰胺風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評(píng)估草案的征求意見(jiàn)截止9月15日。

    歐盟食品安全局稱(chēng)，消費(fèi)者如果想了解更多關(guān)于丙烯酰胺在食品中形成的機(jī)理，請(qǐng)參閱成員國(guó)降低飲食中丙烯酰胺的基本方法。

    Together with national partners in the Member States, EFSA has produced a new infographic on acrylamide to help increase awareness about this public health issue. Find out more about how acrylamide forms and in which foods, read basic tips from Member States on reducing acrylamide exposure in the diet.

    There are less than two weeks to go until the deadline for comments on EFSA's draft risk assessment on acrylamide in food. Scientists and other interested parties can comment on the draft opinion through an online public consultation by 15 September.
