食品伙伴網(wǎng)訊 據(jù)美國(guó)聯(lián)邦公報(bào)消息,美國(guó)FDA擬修訂2013版食品現(xiàn)行良好操作規(guī)范、危害分析及基于風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的預(yù)防控制條例,目前再次就此條例征求意見(jiàn),截止日期為2014年12月15日。
2013版擬定法規(guī)欲建立一個(gè)著眼于未來(lái)的食品安全系統(tǒng),對(duì)跨所有食品系的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)實(shí)施現(xiàn)代化的基于風(fēng)險(xiǎn)預(yù)防的科學(xué)控制。

The Food and Drug Administration (FDA or we) is proposing to amend our 2013 proposed rule for Current Good Manufacturing Practice (CGMP) and Hazard Analysis and Risk-Based Preventive Controls for Human Food. In that 2013 proposed rule, we proposed to amend the CGMP requirements to modernize them and to add requirements for certain domestic and foreign facilities to establish and implement hazard analysis and risk-based preventive controls for human food.
