食品伙伴網(wǎng)訊   據(jù)歐盟食品安全局消息，10月9日歐盟食品安全局就擴(kuò)大新型食品配料-富DHA與EPA的裂殖壺菌海藻油的每日攝入劑量發(fā)布了意見。

    應(yīng)歐委會(huì)請(qǐng)求，歐盟食品安全局專家組就擴(kuò)大這種新型食品配料的使用劑量發(fā)布了意見。經(jīng)過評(píng)估歐盟食品安全局認(rèn)為，當(dāng)這種新型食品配料當(dāng)中EPA和DHA的每日攝入量總和不超過5g 時(shí)不會(huì)對(duì)成人構(gòu)成安全風(fēng)險(xiǎn)。

    Following a request from the European Commission, the EFSA Panel on Dietetic Products, Nutrition and Allergies （NDA） was asked to deliver a scientific opinion on an extension of use for docosahexaenoic acid （DHA） and eicosapentaenoic acid （EPA）-rich algal oil from Schizochytrium sp. as a novel food ingredient （NFI） in the context of Regulation （EC） No 258/97. The NFI is already authorised for use in a range of foodstuffs at specified maximum levels.

    In a previous opinion on the Tolerable Upper Intake Level of EPA, DHA and docosapentaenoic acid （DPA）， the Panel concluded that supplemental intake of EPA and DHA combined at doses up to 5 g/day, does not give rise to safety concerns for adults.
