食品伙伴網(wǎng)訊   據(jù)歐盟網(wǎng)站消息，10月24日歐盟發(fā)布法規(guī)（EU）No 1126/2014、（EU）No 1127/2014修訂法規(guī)（EC）No 396/2005附件II、III和V中關(guān)于14種農(nóng)藥的最大殘留限量規(guī)定。新規(guī)定將自公布后二十日起生效，自2015年5月13日開(kāi)始實(shí)施。

    這14種農(nóng)藥包括：黃草靈（Asulam）、氰胺（Cyanamide）、氯硝胺（Dicloran）、丙炔氟草胺（Flumioxazin）、氟啶嘧磺隆（Flupyrsulfuron-methyl）、氟吡酰草胺（Picolinafen）和異丙草胺（Propisochlor）、殺草強(qiáng)（Amitrole）、敵螨普（Dinocap）、氟蟲(chóng)腈（Fipronil）、氟噻草胺（Flufenacet）、二甲戊樂(lè)靈（Pendimethalin）、戊炔草胺（Propyzamide）和噠草特（Pyridate）在多種產(chǎn)品中最大殘留限量的規(guī)定。

    COMMISSION REGULATION （EU） No 1126/2014 of 17 October 2014

    amending Annexes II, III and V to Regulation （EC） No 396/2005 of the European Parliament and of the Council as regards maximum residue levels for asulam, cyanamide, dicloran, flumioxazin, flupyrsulfuron-methyl, picolinafen and propisochlor in or on certain products.

    Article 1

    Annexes II, III and V to Regulation （EC） No 396/2005 are amended in accordance with the Annex to this Regulation.

    Article 2

    Regulation （EC） No 396/2005 as it stood before being amended by this Regulation shall continue to apply to products which were lawfully produced before 13 May 2015.

    Article 3

    This Regulation shall enter into force on the twentieth day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.
