食品伙伴網(wǎng)訊 據(jù)歐盟網(wǎng)站消息，11月18日歐盟發(fā)布（EU）No1226/2014號(hào)委員會(huì)條例，批準(zhǔn)一項(xiàng)不飽和脂肪酸可降膽固醇的健康聲稱。本法規(guī)自發(fā)布后第20天起生效。
根據(jù)歐盟（EC） No 1924/2006的規(guī)定，發(fā)布食品健康聲稱需經(jīng)歐盟委員會(huì)批準(zhǔn)。本健康聲稱的全稱為“將飲食中的飽和脂肪酸用不飽和脂肪酸代替可降低血液中的膽固醇，高膽固醇是冠心病發(fā)病的一個(gè)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)因素”。
