食品伙伴網(wǎng)訊   據(jù)歐盟食品安全局（EFSA）消息，1月28日歐盟食品安全局（EFSA）和歐洲疾病預防控制中心（ECDC）聯(lián)合發(fā)布了2013年歐盟人畜共患疾病、致病因子以及食源性疾病報告。

    該報告介紹了32個歐洲國家（28個歐盟成員國和4個非歐盟成員國）人畜共患疾病、致病因子以及食源性疾病監(jiān)測結果。

    報告顯示，彎曲桿菌感染是報告最多的人畜共患病，病例持續(xù)幾年增長后，患病率已趨于穩(wěn)定，2013年報告214779例，患病率與2012年相同。近年來，歐盟地區(qū)沙門氏菌病例持續(xù)下降。

    This report of the European Food Safety Authority and the European Centre for Disease Prevention and Control presents the results of the zoonoses monitoring activities carried out in 2013 in 32 European countries （28 Member States and four non-Member States）。 Campylobacteriosis was the most commonly reported zoonosis. After several years of an increasing European Union （EU） trend, the human campylobacteriosis notification rate has stabilised. In food and animals no EU trends were observed and the occurrence of Campylobacter continued to be high in broiler meat at EU level.
