食品伙伴網(wǎng)訊   據(jù)歐盟網(wǎng)站消息，7月9日歐盟發(fā)布委員會條例（EU）2015/1101，修訂（EC）NO396/2005附件II和III當(dāng)中關(guān)于五種農(nóng)藥的最大殘留限量。

    這五種農(nóng)藥包括：苯醚甲環(huán)唑（difenoconazole）、氯吡菌胺（fluopicolide）、氟吡菌酰胺（fluopyram）、吡唑萘菌胺（isopyrazam）和二甲戊樂靈（pendimethalin）。法規(guī)自公布后20日起生效。

    THE EUROPEAN COMMISSION,Having regard to the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union,Having regard to Regulation （EC） No 396/2005 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 23 February 2005 on maximum residue levels of pesticides in or on food and feed of plant and animal origin and amending Council Directive 91/414/EEC （1）， and in particular Article 14（1）（a） thereof.
