食品伙伴網訊 據食品行業(yè)網站消息,近期歐盟兩大非政府機構對歐盟食品安全局公布的數據進行分析發(fā)現,歐盟地區(qū)食品中丙烯酰胺含量較高。非政府機構SumOfUs認為,依靠企業(yè)來降低食品中的丙烯酰胺含量是失敗的。
歐盟成員國于2007-2014年期間向歐盟食品安全局提交了2.5萬個樣品數據。非政府機構Changing Markets在上個月獲取了這些數據并與SumOfUs合作進行了分析,并發(fā)布了研究報告。兩大機構指出,其中12%的食品樣品中所含丙烯酰胺量超過歐盟限量水平。
