食品伙伴網(wǎng)訊 據(jù)外媒報(bào)道，近日，澳洲昆士蘭海鮮市場(chǎng)協(xié)會(huì)（The Queensland Seafood Marketers Association ）主席Marshall Betzel表示，今年圣誕節(jié)期間，大蝦不僅會(huì)在昆士蘭暢銷，且將運(yùn)往澳洲各地。
據(jù)報(bào)道，Betzel稱，澳洲人正漸漸從經(jīng)典的英式圣誕晚餐，轉(zhuǎn)變成更悠閑、愜意的海鮮圣誕大餐。預(yù)計(jì)澳人將在今年圣誕期間消費(fèi)4萬5千噸大蝦。
昆士蘭州蝦農(nóng)Matt West將目光投向了全澳市場(chǎng)。他說，看起來今年將是豐收的一年。如果運(yùn)氣好的話，我們可以在圣誕節(jié)期間售出30到50噸蝦。每年這個(gè)時(shí)候蝦場(chǎng)都會(huì)非常繁忙。
