食品伙伴網(wǎng)訊 據(jù)歐盟食品安全局(EFSA)消息,應(yīng)歐委會(huì)要求,歐盟食品安全局再次評(píng)估了黃原膠作為食品添加劑的安全性。
歐盟食品添加劑和營(yíng)養(yǎng)小組(ANS)進(jìn)行評(píng)估認(rèn)為,在毒理學(xué)數(shù)據(jù)與暴露數(shù)據(jù)的基礎(chǔ)之上,黃原膠(E 415)作為食品添加劑對(duì)普通人群是安全的,不會(huì)對(duì)人體健康構(gòu)成影響,無(wú)需制定每日允許攝入量(ADI)。然而對(duì)黃原膠的再次評(píng)估不適用于12周以下的嬰兒。

The Panel on Food Additives and Nutrient Sources added to Food (ANS) provides a scientific opinion re-evaluating the safety of xanthan gum (E 415) as food additive. Following the conceptual framework for the risk assessment of certain food additives re-evaluated under Commission Regulation (EU) No 257/2010, the Panel considered that adequate exposure and toxicity data were available. based on the reported use levels, a refined exposure of up to 64 mg/kg bw per day in children for the general population, 38 mg/kg bw per day for children consumers only of food supplements at the high level exposure and 115 mg/kg bw per day for infants consuming foods for special medical purposes and special formulae (FSMPs), were estimated.
