食品伙伴網(wǎng)訊  據(jù)歐盟網(wǎng)站消息，3月3日歐盟發(fā)布（EU）No 2015/328號法規(guī)，修訂日本福島核污染地區(qū)動(dòng)物源食品和飼料的入境條例（EU） No 322/2014。

    歐盟（EU）No 322/2014第九章第一段修訂為：食品和飼料經(jīng)營者或其代表應(yīng)在貨物到達(dá)前進(jìn)行提前申報(bào)。福島以外的地區(qū)生產(chǎn)的茶葉除外。

    Commission Implementing Regulation （EU） No 322/2014 （2） imposes special conditions on the import of feed and food originating in or consigned from Japan following the accident at the Fukushima nuclear power station to protect public and animal health in the Union.

    Article 9 of Implementing Regulation （EU） No 322/2014 provides that for the purpose of prior notification the feed and food business operators or their representatives are to complete Part I of the common entry document （CED）， referred to in Commission Regulation （EC） No 669/2009 （3） and transmit that document to the competent authority at the designated point of entry or border inspection post. The CED referred to in Regulation （EC） No 669/2009 is only applicable for feed and food of non-animal origin and not for feed and food of animal origin, including fishery products.
