食品伙伴網(wǎng)訊 據(jù)澳新食品標(biāo)準(zhǔn)局(FSANZ)消息,4月10日澳新食品標(biāo)準(zhǔn)局發(fā)布P1038號(hào)提案,內(nèi)容為批準(zhǔn)含1.15%酒精的食品(飲料除外)中鹽與鈉的營養(yǎng)成分聲稱,同時(shí)指出兩個(gè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)中礦物質(zhì)與維生素聲稱有關(guān)條件的不一致現(xiàn)象。

P1038 Vitamin & Mineral C laims & Sodium C laims about Food containing A lcohol: to address an inconsistency in the conditions for vitamin and mineral claims between Standards 1.2.7 and 1.3.2 and to permit nutrition content claims about salt and sodium in relation to foods (excluding beverages) containing more than 1.15% alcohol by volume.
