食品伙伴網(wǎng)訊   據(jù)外媒報道，在美國餐館吃飯一般需付小費，這是餐飲界習慣做法。然而紐約餐飲達人邁耶（Danny Meyer）卻想改變這個習慣。他表示，從今年11月起，他公司旗下的餐館將開始取消小費。

    邁耶表示，新政策實行之后，他的餐館將禁止顧客用信用卡支付小費，并將強烈建議顧客不要留下現(xiàn)金做小費。與此同時，其餐館的菜品價格將大幅上漲，漲幅可能會達到35%。他說，這樣的價格才能反映出美食的真正成本。
